Refund and Return Policy
All sales are final. However if you receive your order and we have made a mistake or you have received a damaged product you must contact us within 2 business days after delivery via email . The missing or damaged items will be replaced and shipped out with a method of our choosing.
We will not provide a refund for promotion codes not entered at the time of purchase.
If you place duplicate orders and need a refund, you will be refunded the duplicate amount minus the processing fee. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
If you request a refund for a mistake of ordering duplicate items you will be refunded the duplicate amount minus the processing fees.
We ship orders Monday through Saturday unless otherwise noted. All orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days. However we do try our very best to process and ship orders out the same day.
