If you receive your order and we have made a mistake or you have received a damaged product you must contact us within 2 business days after delivery via email . The missing or damaged items will be replaced and shipped out with a method of our choosing.
We will not provide a refund for promotion codes not entered at the time of purchase.
If you request a refund for a mistake of ordering duplicate items you will be refunded the duplicate amount minus the processing fees.
Shipping and Returns
Products will be shipped 1 - 3 days after payment has processed. However, we will strive to have your order shipped out same day to next day.
Alcohol Inks and Marabu Paints can only be shipped inside the U.S. If you place an order outside of the U.S. your order will be refunded.
We do not accept returns or exchanges.
Is Local Pickup Available
We do not offer local pickup at this time. As our company grows we hope to start offering this option.
How Is Our Glitter Packaged
All of our glitter is sold in shaker bottles unless otherwise stated. Each bottle has 2 oz by weight of glitter except our Shape glitter. Shape glitter is sold 1 oz by weight.

Sezzle and Afterpay require a $35 minimum purchase
