Refunds and Returns

  • All sales are final.
  • If you receive your order and we have made a mistake or you have received a damaged product you must contact us within 2 business days after delivery via email . The missing or damaged items will be replaced and shipped out with a method of our choosing. 
  • We will not provide a refund for promotion codes not entered at the time of purchase. 
  • If you request a refund for a mistake of ordering duplicate items you will be refunded the duplicate amount minus the processing fees.

Shipping and Returns

  • Products will be shipped 1 - 3 days after payment has processed. However, we will strive to have your order shipped out same day to next day.
  • Alcohol Inks and Marabu Paints can only be shipped inside the U.S.  If you place an order outside of the U.S. your order will be refunded.
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Is Local Pickup Available

  • We do not offer local pickup at this time.  As our company grows we hope to start offering this option.

How Is Our Glitter Packaged

  • All of our glitter is sold in shaker bottles unless otherwise stated. Each bottle has 2 oz by weight of glitter except our Shape glitter. Shape glitter is sold 1 oz by weight.

  • We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Shopify Pay, Apple Pay, PayPal, Sezzle, and Afterpay
  • Sezzle and Afterpay require a $35 minimum purchase
